Refund, Returns and Cancellation
All sales are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, with the exception, if an item is damaged. You are entitled to a refund if the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, customer service team by writing to us at hello@seiscosmetics.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, geographical address, email, and phone number. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. Any refunds for a damaged product will be issued based on the original form of payment. No Returns; No Refunds. We do not accept returns of products.
